1. Essential storage

Linza uses essential cookies or equivalent browser storage for authentication, session security, language choice and required service functions.

• Authentication and session-version protection.
• Admin and kiosk language preferences.
• Security, rate-limit and workflow continuity signals.

2. Discovery and storefront analytics

When Discovery or a storefront is used, Linza may create a random browser-session identifier and record privacy-light events such as page or product views, search activity, saves, shares, route actions, filters, QR entry source and promotion interactions. The notice dismissal control acknowledges this notice; it does not delay analytics collection or represent a separate optional-consent gate in the current runtime.

3. Controller and processor roles

The merchant generally acts as controller for storefront analytics purposes. Linza generally acts as processor when it collects and reports those events for the merchant.

Linza may act as an independent controller for essential security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Final wording requires Indonesian legal review.

4. Visitor choices

Essential storage cannot be disabled where required for security or requested functionality. The current runtime has no separate optional-analytics opt-out control; legal review must confirm or change that behavior before production launch.

5. Retention and contact

Raw Discovery event retention is 365 days and raw search-query text retention is 90 days under scheduled engineering policy. Final contacts and complaint channels must be approved before launch.
