1. Service scope

Linza provides a read-only digital storefront and in-store kiosk experience. The current MVP does not provide checkout, payment, delivery, order processing or marketplace purchasing.

2. Account and organization responsibility

The organization owner is responsible for account access, invited team members, business information, product content, pricing, promotions and published storefront configuration.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with availability or access another organization’s data.

4. Merchant content

The merchant remains responsible for product descriptions, images, prices, availability, claims and legal notices shown in its storefront.

5. Availability and changes

These placeholder terms do not promise uninterrupted availability. Linza may evolve features, limits and operational procedures before production launch.

6. Suspension and termination

Production terms must define suspension, termination, data export and deletion procedures.

7. Governing terms and contact

The final contracting entity, governing law, dispute process, support contact and required notices must be inserted before launch.
